1. Controller

The data controller is Luis Suñol Mateo (acform), owner of the acform.es site. For any question about this document use the contact form or write to info [at] acform.es (written this way on purpose, to hinder automated address harvesting).

2. Server logs

Like any website, the server hosting acform.es keeps a technical log of the requests it receives. That log may include:

• Your IP address.
• The date and time of the request.
• The page requested and, where applicable, the page you came from.
• The browser and the operating system your device declares.

3. Contact form

If you use the contact form, you voluntarily provide us with your name, your email address, the subject, the app you are referring to and the text of your message.

• Purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to you. Nothing else.
• Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
• Destination: the content of the form is sent by email to an acform mailbox. It is not stored in any website database.
• Retention: the message stays in the mailbox for as long as is needed to deal with your enquiry and to be able to show that it was dealt with. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Transfers: none, except where required by law.

4. Cookies

acform.es uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and builds no browsing profile.

• Session cookie (PHPSESSID): it is created only on the contact form page, and serves to protect it against fraudulent submissions (CSRF token) and against mass submissions. It is a technical cookie, strictly necessary, and it is deleted when the browser is closed. Being necessary, it requires no prior consent.
• Third-party cookies: they may be created when the external resources and services described in the next point are loaded.

5. Third-party services and resources

In order to work, some pages of the site load resources hosted on third-party servers. When your browser requests them, those third parties receive your IP address and may log the request in accordance with their own policies. We set it out for you transparently:

• Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd.), only on the contact page, to tell people apart from automated submissions. It is necessary in order to send the form. See Google's privacy policy.
• Content delivery networks (jsDelivr, Cloudflare, jQuery and Google Fonts), from which the site's stylesheets, icons and presentation libraries are loaded.
• YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.), only on the pages that include demonstration videos of the apps. When the player loads, YouTube may set its own cookies.

6. Analytics

This site uses neither Google Analytics nor any other web analytics tool. We do not measure visits, we do not record your path through the pages and we do not know who you are. Should any such tool ever be added, your prior consent would be requested and this document would be updated before activating it.

7. Minors

The site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly request their data through the contact form.

8. Your rights

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection granted to you by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) through the contact form or by writing to info [at] acform.es (written this way on purpose, to hinder automated address harvesting), stating in either case the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that the processing does not comply with the rules.

9. Security and transmission of the data

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, so the communication between your browser and the server travels encrypted, including the content of the contact form.

10. Changes to this document

This document may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the applicable legislation. The version in force is always the one published at this address, with the date of update at the foot.
