PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes the information management within the Pediatric Support mobile application, developed by Luis Suñol Mateo.
1. Data Collection and Processing
The App is designed to operate locally and privately. It does not request or process identifying personal data such as names, email addresses, GPS location, or advertising identifiers.
2. Diagnostics and Stability (Firebase Crashlytics)
To improve application reliability, we use Firebase Crashlytics (a service provided by Google Ireland Ltd.).
- Purpose: To identify the causes of technical failures (crashes) to resolve them efficiently.
- Data Collected: In the event of an error, anonymous reports are sent, including device type, OS version, and stack traces.
- Privacy & Terms: Data processing is governed by the Firebase Privacy and Security and Google Privacy Policy.
3. Connectivity and Internet
The App requires an Internet connection solely for sending the aforementioned crash reports. All other App functions remain fully autonomous after installation.
4. Third-Party Services
With the exception of Firebase Crashlytics for diagnostics, the App does not integrate behavioral analytics, advertising services, or third-party SDKs that track user activity.
5. User Rights and Changes
Since no personal identification data is collected, rights to access or deletion are guaranteed by default. This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical changes, becoming effective upon publication.
